Unlike many competitors who conduct minimal shock and vibration testing, we subject every single tool to Highly Accelerated Stress Screening (HASS). This intensive process simulates extreme operational conditions to identify potential weaknesses before the tool ever reaches the field. We are still the only vendor that routinely sends every tool to HASS testing, ensuring unparalleled reliability.
2- Advanced Thermal and Calibration Procedures
After HASS, our tools undergo multiple thermal screening cycles to detect latent failures and eliminate any risk of moisture compromising the assemblies. Each tool then undergoes a multi-day calibration process in a controlled magnetic field, ensuring precision performance across various temperatures. To maintain ISCWSA standards, we utilize SuperiorQC's CalCheck software for accurate calibration verification.
3- High-Quality Components & MEMS Technology
We don’t optimize for cost—we optimize for unyielding reliability. That starts with sourcing and using only the highest-quality components in our tools. Our MEMS-based technology ensures superior precision and durability, and every tool is designed, built, and tested right here in Texas. 4- Rigorous Failure Analysis Process
Root-causing the few failures we do encounter is our #1 priority as a company. Every failure is meticulously analyzed, and we continuously improve our designs based on these insights. We also transparently share our failure analysis under NDA, giving our customers complete confidence that we’ve addressed and resolved any issues.
